How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Please send your DMCA takedown notice to our designated Copyright Agent:

Note: Under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability. Please ensure that your complaint is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Identification of the material: A description of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
2. Statement under penalty of perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
3. Contact information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
4. Consent to jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Sloto Tribe Casino may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
5. Physical or electronic signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the original complainant. If we do not receive notice within 10 business days that the original complainant has filed a court action to prevent further infringement, we may restore the removed content or cease disabling access to it.

Repeat Infringer Policy

• Content may be restored 10-14 business days after a valid counter-notification is sent to the complainant
